The issue features case studies of arts-based learning in action at Microsoft, Intercontinental Hotels and NTT; and an article by Otto Scharmer and Katrin Kaeufer about the use of painting, jazz and dance to help companies and their leaders deal with the challenges of emerging complexity, based on a decade of action research projects at Fujitsu, HP, McKinsey & Company and Shell Oil.
