Responses have been interesting and enthusiastic. For example, Kathleen Inman has just opened a “eco-ethical winery” at her organic vineyard in Sonoma County. She offers to plan a little social event –- a tasting and a tour of her “green” winery.
If you have other suggestions, throw them in the pot by leaving a comment here or replying to Janet’s California Connections email.

Janet. What a great way to get the ball rolling!
An organic RSA in California growing from the ideas and energy of local FRSAs.
I am more and more persuaded that we will grow in the US by selecting a few large themes and inviting Fellows and friends of Fellows to organize events that fit under those ‘big tents’. On the East Coast, Sustainability is generating considerable interest…also Education….and a third one that may be emerging is Local Community Engagement.
Let’s see how such ideas evolve. Robin
just to add that while its not visible here on the Coffee House, there is a lot of interaction going on behind the scenes via direct email and meeting dates are taking shape!
