An expert panel will discuss the role of the major players, the meaning of this legislation for our country, and the impact it will have on the American people.
Immediately following the panel, Senator Christopher Dodd of Connecticut will offer his insights on the historic nature of both the policy and process of the health care reform movement. A short question and answer session will follow the keynote address.
