Humanscale President, International, George Kordaris, FRSA, invites Fellows to a presentation on creative workplaces by Jeremy Myerson, FRSA. Jeremy will be joined by Kursty Groves, author of the book “I wish I worked there” (www.kursty.com)
Program at 5:30 pm, followed by cocktails and conversation afterward. The program will end at 8:00 pm.
Part 1: I Wish I Worked Better! – Jeremy Myerson
A whistle-stop tour of the theory and history of the workplace and in particular creative knowledge work. A concept-based talk that will cover the broad themes and big trends in the way we work.
Part 2: I Wish I Worked There! - Kursty Groves
Case studies from a behind-the scenes tour of some of the world’s most innovative companies. Sharing stories, insights and principles intended to inspire and inform, with practical take-aways for application to any workplace that could use an injection of creativity.

Great work has been done in uncongenial circumstances … Beethoven, Van Gogh, Mozart (travelling!), and many, many others. Creativity is an internal quality.
