Andrew Whalley invites RSA Fellows to join Grimshaw New York  and  Partners from London and Melbourne for a celebratory toast and conversation  as they  launch their new journal, Blue.    An innovative response to issues of global concern, Blue closely examines food production, waste and water management, urban transport, and urban regeneration.
