Fellows are invited to a reception with Tim Berners-Lee, FRSA, to mark the establishment of the Web Science Trust.

The event takes place in Boston on the evening of Monday 9th November 2009, hosted by Phil Budden, British Consul General for Boston.  The address will be provided to attendees upon confirmation.  Space is extremely limited and will be allocated on a first come, first served basis.

The Web Science Trust will advance education and research in Web Science for the public benefit, by promoting and encouraging multidisciplinary collaborative research to study the development of the Web; by providing thought leadership through a global forum of interested individuals and institutions; and by supporting the development of curricula in order to train future generations of Web Scientists.
