Setting up Regular DC Metro Area Meetings

By Barb

Paul Rich, Life Fellow and President of Policy Studies Organization based at Garfield House in DuPont Circle, offers space for regular Fellows meetings in the Library.  A number of Fellows have expressed interest in holding regular meetings and you are now invited to discuss timing and other details.  Meetings seem to work well straight after work.  They can be very simple and informal and might sometimes include a short presentation.

The proposed June meeting will be rescheduled – please suggest alternative dates.

That works for me. I’m in the neighborhood. 5:30 isn’t really after work (This is DC, after all) but I can make that time.

Actually, I can no longer make the 11th.

June 11th would work, but could I ask that we meet later, say 6:30?

I like the idea of monthly meetings but can’t make the 11th. Please let me know future dates if you decide to hold some more.

I like the idea of monthly (or thereabouts) meetings, too, but I travel a lot, and so I may not be able to make very many of them.

I would like to offer to speak to the DC group on the subject of “Strategy with Passion” during July or August. The best days for me are July 22 or August 19. If the Policy Studies Organization can provide the space, that would be a good place to hold the meeting. Please let me know if either of those dates is convenient.

The next meeting has now been set for July 22 at 12:30 pm (brown bag lunch).

Chris MacNulty will talk about Business “Strategy with Passion”.

Policy Studies Organization at 1527 New Hampshire Avenue is providing space.

Look for new posting with more details from Chris.
